Lead production teams during your shift to meet daily output and quality goals. Monitor processes, machine parameters, and production flow to ensure consistency. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to materials, equipment, or production quality. Track production data, maintain documentation, and support quality standards (ISO/ TS systems)Coordinate with production planning to ensure schedules and processes are followed correctly. Promote safety, organization, and 5 S practices across the production floor Requirements: Previous experience in manufacturing or production lead/supervisory role required Strong understanding of quality standards, process control, or SPC (preferred)Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support team performance. Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) and ability to handle reporting/documentation.
