Applicants must submit: Resume Application Letter of Interest 3 Letters of Recommendation (must have been written within the last 6 months) Valid California Driver’s License Serv. Safe Manager Certification or equivalent Food Safety Manager Certification Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school and two years of increasingly responsible experience in the preparation, cooking and servicing of food in large quantities. Experience with NSLP, CACFP, FFVP, production records, ordering, working with vendors, is desired. Experience working with diverse school communities & school children preferred.
