Write Automation scripts and work with different BOT and Automation tools/products to handle IT operations and DevOps roles. Create, prepare and implement system quality assurance reviews. Develop and execute test plans and test scripts. Perform routine and basic analysis, testing and certification of software. Create basic test plans and focus on test execution. Perform simple test data conditioning, regression testing, and testing validation. Review user requirements to ensure that requirements are testable. Validate user expectations are achieved during the testing process and conduct quality assurance reviews. Interact with users to share information and clarify instructions. Collaborate with teams to create and select test cases and create test scripts. Required Qualifications:4 years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4 years of Software Test Automation Engineering experience. Desired Qualifications:Fraud and Claims Operations experience. Experience with ACH and/or Debit Card claims processing. Experience with any of the following:Claims 2.0 application. DAT application. CSTAR application. LU application. HA application. LIR application. Experience taking initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Very strong experience on Automation scripts like Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, PowerShell etc. Should be able to contribute actively to in-sprint automation. Experience with Agile and other software development methodologies and testing tools, such as Jira and ALM - Technical troubleshooting or root cause analysis experience. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration and adaptability are important. Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Job Expectations:Hybrid work schedule. Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of one of the locations listed on the posting. Schedule may be subject to change based on business needs and flexibility of schedule is an expectation. Pay Range for Iselin, NJ: $104,000 - $136,000 - $168,000 Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
