The CPHSW School of Social Work is currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join their team of professionals. Duties include:Make calls in recruitment for the project. Help with the email dispatch for recruitment and update the call log. Send weekly reports to the MP - Is about recruitment process. Send out recruitment letters. Staff the telephone line and return calls. Minimum Qualifications. High school diploma with three (3) years of experience or two (2) years of post-secondary education with one (1) year of experience; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. Desired Qualifications. Strong organizational and time'management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in and/or prior experience supporting research activities. Strong proficiency in spoken English, including comfort with professional phone communication. Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalism in interactions with research participants and colleagues. High level of reliability, attention to detail, and follow'through Job Category. Temporary. Temporary Disclosure. As a temporary employee, you will not be eligible to participate in all employee benefit programs (e.g., paid leave, retirement, or tuition reimbursement). Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), a temporary employee who works on average 30 hours or more per week may be eligible to enroll in health care benefits. As a temporary employee, you are also eligible to enroll in supplemental plans (e.g. dental, vision,) which requires full payment on your part. Upon completing an assignment, employees may apply for a position on FIU Careers. Work Schedule. Flexible weekdays. Approximaetly 2-3 hours a day ( or double every other day). During the day but may include evenings to timely return calls or emails. Advertised Salary$24.00 per hour. Pre-Employment Requirements. Criminal Background Check.
