Clean refrigeration including reach ins, freezers, walk ins. Clean walls, floors, mats, vents and floor drains. Clean all tables, shelves, racks, speed racks, sinks and dishwashing equipment. Move equipment and clean under and behind. Deep clean bars including sinks, behind and under equipment, refrigeration. Remove all boxes, milk crates and trash to dock and dumpster. Follow sanitary and proper food handling procedures. Monitors all machine functions and gauges for proper temp. Reports malfunctions, breakdowns and any needs to Management Skills, Education and Other Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience. Must have an understanding of English.
