Why This Role Stands Out: You’ll travel nationwide working directly with on-site teams You’ll design and deliver training programs that actually drive results You’ll have high visibility and influence across the organization You’ll play a key role in new acquisitions, onboarding, and performance improvement What You’ll Be Doing: Lead in-person and virtual leasing & sales training sessions Develop and maintain leasing, retention, and training manuals Partner with Regional Property Managers to implement leasing strategies at the property level Evaluate newly acquired properties and provide leasing & marketing performance insights Oversee and manage training platforms like Grace. Hill, Lease. Hawk, Pop. Card, and more Create and maintain training schedules, reporting, and performance metrics Mentor and coach leasing consultants and site teams Support onboarding of newly acquired employees and communities Maintain Monarch’s internal training library and resources What You Bring: 3 years of apartment leasing and/or property management experience 2 years of marketing or property marketing experience (preferred) Strong working knowledge of Yardi (required)Proven ability to train, coach, and influence others Excellent communication and presentation skills High energy, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Tech-savvy with experience using training tools and platforms ?? Travel & Schedule Expectations: Travel up to 75% nationwide Comfortable traveling via car, plane, train, or shuttle as needed Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with some weekends as needed??
