Associate Human Resources Location: Fort Hood, TX Pay: Up to $32.35/hour Clearance: U.S. Citizenship Required (as applicable to site requirements) Overview: Seeking an Associate HR professional to support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and workforce initiatives at a fast-paced site location. This role partners with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Support HR Business Partners and site leadership with workforce initiatives Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development programs Maintain and update HRIS employee records and documentation Process employee changes, transactions, and lifecycle updates Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company HR regulations Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance reviews Identify and support HR process improvement initiatives Assist with additional HR projects and site initiatives as assigned Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 0-3 years of HR experience (HR operations or employee lifecycle support) Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations practices Experience with HRIS systems and HR documentation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Why Join CPI?
