Director of Human Resources: Lakewood Board of Education; 2026-2027 school year; 260 Day Administrative Contract; Appropriate administrative license required; Successful experience in Human Resource Management is desirable and preferred; previous school administrator experience is required. OPES certification required; Master\s degree or higher; Reports to the Superintendent and/or designee. The successful candidate must be able to: - Direct the district\s personnel operations. - Understand all aspects of Negotiated Agreements (certified and classified) and Collective Bargaining - Have current knowledge on School Law - Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel items - Work cooperatively with all bargaining groups - Understand and assist licensed staff through the use of the OTES, OSCES and OPES models of evaluation and e. TPES documentation. - Perform the duties and responsibilities of the District Title IX Coordinator - Recognize the need to build a staff that is representative of the ethnic culture of the district.
