Design, build, test, and support Epic Bridges and Data Courier workflows and configurations. Become an expert in Epic Bridges and Data Courier by completing certification and staying current with upgrades and enhancements. Analyze clinical and operational needs to create tailored solutions within Epic. Partner with department leads, end users, and IT teams to optimize system performance and usability. Lead and participate in project planning, workflow design sessions, testing, and go-live support. Maintain detailed documentation and follow change control procedures. Collaborate with training teams to create effective user education materials. Identify, recommend, and implement best practices and process improvements. Serve as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and clinical users. What You Bring. Minimum Requirements. Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT. Ability to complete Epic training and certification within 45 days of course completion. Preferred Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field . years of Healthcare IT experience. Epic Bridges and Data Courier certification (or strong build experience in another Epic module). Essential Skills. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
