In this role, you will support a variety of HR programs and initiatives, including maintaining HR information systems, assisting with recruitment and employee programs, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You’ll collaborate with departments across the Agency, help coordinate training efforts, and provide responsive support to employees and management. You will also assist with data collection and analysis, prepare reports, and help evaluate program effectiveness. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in human resources, business administra­tion, public administration, psychology or a closely related field, and at least two years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. About Us:The Inland Empire Utilities Agency is a regional wastewater treatment agency and wholesale distributor of imported water to approximately 950,000 people across 242-square miles in western San Bernardino County.
