Oversees a group of store managers within a geographic region to maintain optimum efficiency and economy of operations based on goals set by region leadership. Work – Onsite (West Point/ US Military Academy Exchange) PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary. Six years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year of experience must include the following within the last five years: Main Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Branch Store, Region Food Program Specialist, Region Service Program Specialist or Region Retail Program Specialist. One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required. Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role. Or. Bachelor's degree and four years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year of experience must include the following within the last five years: Main Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, Exchange Business Manager, Branch Store, Region Food Program Specialist, Region Service Program Specialist or Region Retail Program Specialist.
