Customer Service Representative - Logistics Support If you've worked in a call center and know how to handle a high volume of customers without losing your cool, this could be a good fit. We're looking for someone who can jump in, stay organized, and help customers get their issues resolved quickly. What you'll be doing: Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat Working through issues and aiming to resolve everyt[ "\n\t. Ensure correct execution of sample orders\n\t. Enter orders in SAP, follow standard procedure for order execution and pre-confirm to the customer\n\t. Perform order processing checks (automated through workflow) and escalate to relevant functions to resolve issues (e.g. credit block, missing price)\n\t. Provide order confirmation to customer\n\t. Follow up on any order changes and coordinate internally and with the customer\n\t. Resolve any OTC related complaints in coordination with other functions\n\t. Respond to customers on order status inquiries through coordination logistics hub\n\t. Create delivery from sales order (largely automated)\n\t. Create, send, archive invoices and associated documentation to customer (automated)\n\t. Receive customer complaints, enter complaints in CRM and assign appropriate investigator\n\t. Ensure correct execution of return orders \n\t. Issue credit/debit notes when necessary\n\t. Regularly perform and prepare for month-end closure checks to ensure all orders are invoiced\n\t.
