Mon 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM - Fri 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Sat 04:00 PM - 09:00 PM - Sun 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following retail location policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could require attention. Monitor access points, observe customer and associate activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction. Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by reporting concerns, assisting with incident response, and/or following post orders and site procedures. Minimum Requirements:At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
