Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.95 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM - Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM - Sat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM - Sun 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access to the property by observing arrivals and departures, verifying visitor information when required, and reporting unusual activity or maintenance-related concerns. Support property rules and community expectations by addressing routine issues with professionalism, providing directions or assistance, and communicating with residents, guests, and/or management as needed. Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
