Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support at a technology-focused corporate location. Monitor lobby and reception areas, verify credentials, manage visitor check-in processes, and report security-related concerns or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner. Answer phones, assist with directions, support badge and key control processes, and document incidents, service requests, and/or daily activity logs according to site policies. Respond to incidents, critical situations, and emergency response activities as appropriate for the location, while maintaining professional communication with staff, guests, and/or first responders. Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, confirming appointments or permissions, and following established escalation procedures for security-related matters. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
