Facilitate and maintain positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote repeat business Make fertilizer and fertility recommendations to growers and farmers Develop and execute sales plans to meet territory goals Prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful transactions Forecast supply requirements Perform a variety of agronomic duties independently Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services Qualifications: 3 years' experience in agronomic sales A bachelor's degree or higher in an agricultural related field Must have a current CCA certificate Proven leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and with a team Communicate and work effectively with grower advisors Strong agronomic knowledge and a passion for working directly with growers Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Abel to provide professional references Must currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver's license Company benefits include competitive salaries, residual commissions, health insurance, 401 K, a company vehicle, Laptop, cell phone, PTO, and more.
