1. Campaign & Project Management - Owns execution and optimization of recruitment marketing campaigns across channels - Maintains project trackers and timelines to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables 2. Recruitment Marketing & Campaign Execution - Own and execute multi-channel digital recruitment marketing campaigns that build pipeline and drive conversion - Build and manage marketing assets including CRM campaigns, newsletters, and digital content - Ensure messaging aligns with employer brand, EVP, and candidate personas - Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion - Knows how to use LinkedIn and YouTube to post/share content and drive candidate engagement and applications - Tracks and understands social media best practices 3. Content Strategy & Development - Identify and develop employee stories and brand content to support talent attraction - Partner with internal stakeholders to source authentic employee generated content - Manage content libraries and ensure assets are up-to-date, approved, and accessible - Ensure appropriate stakeholder reviews and approvals - Understand how to adapt content across multiple channels (email, social)4. Talent Community & Candidate Engagement - Support initiatives to grow and nurture talent pipelines through CRM campaigns - Contribute to strategies that increase engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, applications) - Help improve candidate experience across marketing touchpoints 5. Data & Performance Analytics - Track and analyze campaign performance using CRM and data analytics tools - Generate reports and insights to inform optimization and future strategies - Use data to improve targeting and campaign performance 6. Tools & Technology - Utilize platforms such as Phenom CRM, LinkedIn, YouTube and marketing analytics tools to execute and manage campaigns - Support A/ B testing and marketing automation workflows - Maintain data accuracy and campaign tracking standards 7. Market & Competitive Insights - Conduct ongoing research on competitor employer branding and recruitment marketing trends - Provide insights and recommendations to improve messaging and positioning 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring managers to align campaigns, content with hiring needs - Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency - Interact with senior stakeholders and doctors to curate content, review assets and coordinate approvals. Nature of Supervision - NONE - Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 4–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing - Strong project management and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise, relevant - Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Experience - Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Phenom, Beamery, Avature) - Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and social media advertising - Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.) - Marketing automation & CRM segmentation - A/ B testing and campaign optimization - SEO and paid media basics (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) - Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) - Stakeholder management across multiple levels, including senior leaders and doctors.
