Inspects for damages, defects, or any other issues that could impact the quality of the products and reports any quality concerns to supervisors or appropriate personnel to ensure that only high-quality goods are loaded for delivery. Arranges load requirements to maximize trailer use and minimize imbalance, unnecessary movement, and damage. Conducts preliminary safety checks of equipment, checks orders, and verifies trailer size and number. Assists in maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Contributes to maintaining accurate inventory records and helps to track stock levels, monitor product availability, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Ensures that the correct products, quantities, and specifications match the order requirements which involves checking labels, SKU numbers, and other identifying information to avoid any discrepancies. Determines that the weight distribution on the truck is balanced to maintain stability and prevent accidents during transportation. Coordinates with warehouse personnel, drivers, or other loaders to ensure smooth loading operations. Education. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior Relevant Work Experience 0-1 year.
