Raliegh, NC Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay Rate: 110-115 K 2nd Shift, 5 pm-1:30 am, Monday-Friday What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Supervisor? You’ll be: Supervising, directing, and coordinating maintenance activities to improve the performance of facilities, utilities, and production areas during the second shift Leading the preventative and corrective maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and plant standards Overseeing maintenance budgets, planning maintenance outages, and managing work order systems (CMMS/ Maximo) Providing leadership and technical direction to maintenance and utility operators, ensuring group morale and safety Coordinating and scheduling outside services to support facility maintenance efforts Participating actively in all Environmental, Health, and Safety aspects of the plant Supporting or leading projects and implementing maintenance excellence programs Recommending and implementing improvements in equipment, procedures, and working conditions This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment (Must Have) Possess strong leadership skills, with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing teams Demonstrate expertise in preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and CMMS/ Work Order systems (Maximo preferred) Are skilled in managing budgets, scheduling, and coordinating outside services Have knowledge of regulatory requirements (city, state, federal), FDA guidelines, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) (Preferred) Exhibit strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Can work effectively on the second shift
