Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:Set and execute the global operations strategy to support aggressive growth objectives while materially improving operating margins and scalability. Own enterprise-wide operational performance, including cost structure, productivity, delivery reliability, and capacity readiness across all manufacturing locations. Establish a disciplined global operating model that drives standardization, accountability, and consistent execution across domestic and international sites. Lead transformational initiatives across automation, systems, and process design to unlock operational leverage and long-term profitability. Provide executive sponsorship for MRP, production planning, and shop floor visibility systems to improve decision making, throughput, and resource utilization. Define and govern a multi-year capital and automation roadmap, ensuring investments are aligned to strategic priorities and deliver clear financial returns. Serve as senior operational leader for international operations, ensuring performance alignment, governance discipline, and compliance with global standards. Build and lead a high caliber global operations leadership team, reinforcing ownership, succession planning, and a culture of continuous improvement. Partner closely with executive peers across engineering, commercial, and finance functions to align operational capabilities with business strategy and customer demand. Oversee global supply chain strategy, balancing cost, risk, and service levels to support growth while protecting margins and working capital. Ensure enterprise-wide adherence to quality, regulatory, and safety standards, embedding risk management and operational resilience into daily operations. Lead operating planning, budgeting, and performance governance, providing clear insight and recommendations to the executive team and Board. . The Successful Applicant. A seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing environments on a global level. Proven ability to deliver tangible margin improvement. Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, MRP systems, shop floor control, and automation. Hands-on experience translating strategy into execution. Experience leading sizeable, multi-site teams, including international operations. Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. Strong financial acumen, capital investment experience, and the ability to diagnose cost drivers are essential. Experience in high-growth environments. Experience overseeing operations in China or similar markets is highly advantageous. Ability to travel to China quarterly.
