Key Priorities for the Role. Design and implement a modern, integrated marketing platform that directly supports revenue growth and commercial strategy. Build out digital marketing capability, including systems, tools, content, and data driven performance tracking. Lead, develop, and restructure the marketing organization, including direct management of an existing Marketing Director and future team growth. Partner closely with sales and leadership to align marketing investment with national account strategy and long-term business expansion. What Success Looks Like. Marketing becomes a measurable, revenue aligned function rather than a support service. Digital platforms drive qualified demand, customer engagement, and insight. A scalable team structure is established to support national growth ambitions. The organization gains clarity on marketing performance, ROI, and future investment priorities. The Successful Applicant. Candidate Profile. Formally qualified in marketing, with deep technical grounding in the discipline. Senior leadership experience within an industrial or B 2 B environment. Proven track record building marketing capability from an underdeveloped or early stage starting point. Experience leading both people and platforms, not limited to branding, communications, or digital execution alone.
