We are looking for a Production Foreman (2nd shift) to oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly departments within our client's facility. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will be the engine that keeps the manufacturing floor running smoothly and on schedule as well as the leader of our 2nd shift production team. The Role at a Glance. Your primary mission is to manage the daily production lifecycle—from inventory levels to the final quality check. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll be expected to:Lead & Develop: Interview, train, and appraise team members while delegating tasks effectively. Optimize Output: Track production rates, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure Excellence: Implement quality control programs and perform hands-on quality checks to ensure every product meets company standards. Problem Solve: Use your ingenuity to address production bottlenecks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. What You Bring to the Table. Leadership Experience: 1-3 years in a supervisory role with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. Technical Savvy: Strong mechanical and electronic knowledge, including the ability to read complex diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with a variety of machines as well as experience with welding. Foundation: A High School diploma or GED and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/ Windows). Physicality & Resilience: Ability to move 30 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment with moderate stress. Why Join Us?
