Analytics & Visualization. Build Tableau dashboards that make complex real estate data easy to understand for executives and clients. Create clear visual stories that help people make better decisions faster. AI & Automation. Develop AI-powered solutions using Databricks AI and machine learning to automate work and improve predictions. Build intelligent tools that help teams work smarter. Data Engineering. Use Alteryx to build workflows that clean and prepare data from multiple sources. Write SQL queries to pull and analyze data from our databases efficiently. Collaboration & Problem-Solving. Work with business leaders and client teams to understand their challenges and deliver solutions. Analyze data to find trends and insights that inform strategy across portfolios, leasing, and workplace planning. Help colleagues learn to use data tools through training and mentorship. Innovation. Stay current with new AI and analytics technologies. Test innovative approaches that keep JLL ahead in data-driven real estate services. Partner with IT and data teams to maintain data quality and security. What You Need. Education & Experience. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field 4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics (real estate or professional services experience is a plus)Technical Skills. Expert in Tableau for building interactive dashboards. Advanced SQL skills for complex database queries. Experience with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools. Strong understanding of statistics and analytical methods. Soft Skills. Excellent communication—you can explain technical concepts to anyone. Strong project management—you can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset—you work well across teams. Nice to Have. Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, or higher) or Tableau Rockstar recognition. Alteryx Designer Core and/or Advanced certification. Experience with AI platforms like Databricks AI, Azure ML, or AWS Sage. Maker. Python or R programming skills. Commercial real estate industry knowledge. Contributions to the analytics community (conference talks, published research, Tableau Iron Viz participation)This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position:115,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
