Partner with IT and data teams to maintain data quality and security. What You Need. Education & Experience. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field 4 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics (real estate or professional services experience is a plus)Technical Skills. Expert in Tableau for building interactive dashboards. Advanced SQL skills for complex database queries. Experience with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools. Strong understanding of statistics and analytical methods. Soft Skills. Excellent communication—you can explain technical concepts to anyone. Strong project management—you can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset—you work well across teams. Nice to Have. Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist, Data Analyst, or higher) or Tableau Rockstar recognition. Alteryx Designer Core and/or Advanced certification.
