Multi-faceted Food and Beverage position that incorporates cross training on three essential supportive functions: bussing tables, running food, and breakfast buffet attendant. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the set up and clearing of tables, and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment for guests. Stock all service stations and assist servers with table service when needed. Run food to the appropriate table in a timely and efficient manner. Help set up and clear tables, stock service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, confirming order accuracy before presenting to guests and addressing any special requests or modifications. Greet guests in a prompt manner, seat guests and issue menus. Set up buffet station with hot and cold items; including beverages, fruits, pastries and other breakfast foods. Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment. Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed. Ensure the work area is clean and organized. Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary. Ensure equipment is properly maintained. Always provides the highest quality of service to guests. Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management. What are we looking for? REQUIREMENTS: Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays (must be available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday mornings)Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment. Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds. Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked. Strong customer service skills. Thorough knowledge of menus.
