In this internship, you'll work alongside Extension Specialists who are subject matter experts turning research into practical, real-world solutions. You'll contribute to projects that address current challenges while building skills in areas such as data collection, analysis, or research communication. Responsibilities EFNEP Program Development. Assist with formulating, improving, and expanding educational, managerial, or service-oriented work plans (Teaching resources and tools to augment curriculum)Community Nutrition Project. Assist with facilitation of community nutrition related projects. Staff Training and Development Meeting. Address key nutrition topics, present at staff meeting.
