THE JOB: As a Corporate Security Services Officer, youll be part of a highly trained team dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment at our corporate offices. Acting as a visible presence and first line of response, youll play a critical role in addressing security concerns, responding to emergencies, and supporting life safety efforts. This position requires specialized training, strong situational awareness, and physical readiness. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues. Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras. Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle. Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed. Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents. Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls. Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/ AED - Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. One (1) year of previous guest services experience, preferably in a similar resort setting. Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
