You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guests experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $21.00 / Per Hour. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Manage the computerized maintenance management system to prioritize, dispatch, and track maintenance requests while completing required administrative tasks. Own all service requests in a fast-paced environment by multitasking effectively, responding promptly, answering or directing incoming calls, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. Prioritize guest requests while anticipating needs, acknowledging all guests, and maintaining a high level of service at all times. Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and maintain knowledge of hotel and departmental operations. Maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention standards. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED - Six (6) months of prior dispatch experience in hospitality or similar industry preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.
