This is a full-time position. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers. Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner. Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints. Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews. Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights. Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements. We are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, especially within the airline industry! Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position, starting at $20 an hour. Due to the nature of the operation, employees may be asked to remain onsite beyond their scheduled end time in response to irregular operations.
