First Shift (06:00 am to 02:30 pm)We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer staff to join our manufacturing plant team. This role is crucial for supporting production operations through various hands-on tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities. Perform a variety of general labor tasks as assigned. Assemble metal parts according to specifications. Deburr components, ensuring smooth and finished products. Operate manufacturing machines safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work Environment. Manufacturing Plant General Laborer Qualifications:Required Skills & Attributes. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team. Commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Skills & Experience. Previous experience in assembly. Experience as a Grinder Operator or Machine Operator. Familiarity with Deburr Machines. Prior general labor experience, especially in a manufacturing setting. Physical Requirements. Ability to stand for the full 8.5-hour shift. Frequent walking required throughout the workday. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Steel-toe shoes are mandatory. Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.
