The Multimedia & Print Production Specialist supports both the Copy Center and Media Services through the creation, production, and delivery of professional-quality printed and digital content. This role combines proficiency in high-quality printing, large-format graphics production, photography, and video editing with a consulting role for users needing support with file preparation, design alignment, and content delivery. The position requires technical independence, user-facing consulting skills, and the ability to troubleshoot digital and hardware systems across both print and media platforms. This position will actively advance the college’s strategic goals, including achieving equity in educational outcomes and supporting a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts. YOUR QUALIFICATIONSESSENTIAL: These qualifications are required to move forward; as such, (ensure your application contains descriptions of your education and work experience sufficient to demonstrate competency in each of the following):Two years of professional experience in digital media production, print production, or IT support for creative services. Demonstrated ongoing professional development (training, certification, or self-directed learning). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision. PREFERRED:Experience in higher education or similar service-oriented environment. Familiarity with ADA accessibility guidelines for multimedia and printed materials. Experience training or mentoring student workers or entry-level staff. Ability to support or create basic web and signage content using accessible tools (e.g., web editors, content management systems, Carousel).
