Support product design documentation using AutoCAD, Inventor, or related applications. Create 2 D and 3 D illustrations, renderings, and animations for Technical Communications and other internal/external customers as needed. This job is located in Warroad, MN. Highlights of your role Create 2 D and 3 D images for Installation, Service and Supplemental instructions. Create renderings for use in Architectural Detail Manuals, Parts Manuals, Product Catalogs and Owner's Manuals. Create 2 D drawings/illustrations using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Adobe Illustrator. Assist managers with the development and execution of department initiatives. Independently complete smaller scale projects with minimal oversight. Provide input and feedback on work process improvement. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Associate degree in drafting and design or a similar field preferred. Demonstrated ability in AutoCAD and Inventor. Formal education or classes in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working knowledge or ability in Adobe products: Illustrator, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro. An ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and support them with relevant images or 3 D CAD modeling software. Also want to make sure you have Superior 3 D and 2 D CAD and modeling skills. Understand the audience and customer expected content. Critical thinking and application of prior knowledge/experience. Ability to become proficient in Adobe products: Acrobat, Frame. Maker, Illustrator, In. Design, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Ability to effectively communicate as a cross-functional project team member. Ability to communicate with peers within the work group and department leadership.
