Quickly respond to and resolve any discrepancies identified within job templates and/or labor reporting data. Project contract reviews, to include redlining for areas of addition and/or improvement. Assist with project planning for craft and apprentice labor and talent sourcing. Develop training presentations and processes for adherence to labor compliance requirements. Interact with DOL and Wage & Hour as required in submitting and responding to conformance requests. Produce labor compliance reporting necessary for program compliance. Assisting in providing information to address possible resolution for worker restitution payments. Assisting in creating and revising templates for compensatory hourly rate of payment for craft workers. Use Pro. Score software to input labor compliance files and documentation. Present program reports to leadership team, as well as departments as needed. Update and input data and labor reporting files into Smart Sheets and Share Point software. Assist in assessing subcontractor participation assessments upon request. Develop and present information during project kickoff meetings, additional meetings as requested. Perform research on prevailing and competitive market rates to ensure proper compensation to craft workers. Answer questions and provide guidance to managers regarding IRA labor compliance program expectations. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or higher. Strong understanding of labor compliance rules and regulations concerning the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Understanding of the Davis Bacon Wage Related Acts (DBRA). Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience using multiple software platforms to track & manage data and providing accurate reporting. Detail oriented, strong task management and organizational skills. Adept at problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making. Adaptability to change and pivots of situations and process updates. Strategic, innovative, and forward thinking. High level of initiative and self-motivation. Respect and collaboration with others. PREFERRED SKILLS/ ABILITIES: Legal and/or compliance experience of at least 5 years.
