Department Summary What We Do. The BRIDGE Clinic (Building Resilience, Independence, Development, Growth, and Excellence) has the experience and expertise to make a difference in your family’s life. At the BRIDGE Clinic, we use and recommend scientifically validated interventions to provide evidence-based behavioral health services to our local community. Additionally, the Oregon Tech BRIDGE Clinic and Training Center provides high quality training and supervision for Oregon Tech students in the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Learn more about the BRIDGE clinic (formerly known as the BIG ABA Clinic here: Position Summary The BRIDGE Clinic at Oregon Tech is a University affiliated regional clinic currently providing clinic-based services to children within Klamath County. We are currently looking to add strong, purpose-driven Behavior Analysts to our team to expand our reach to local schools, in addition to continuing our in-home and community-based services. At BRIDGE we work tirelessly to provide outstanding, ethical and empirically-based services rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis. As a BCBA at Oregon Tech, you’ll be given a diverse caseload, ongoing training and scheduled mentorship to help nurture and grow your clinical, supervisory and leadership skills. This position reports to the Clinic Director and Associate Director. The responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: - Train direct therapy staff - Participate in supervision of BCBA & B - Ca. BA candidates (if eligible) - Conduct assessment updates and author re-authorization plan - Ensure reliable and valid data collection - Analyze data/behavior and makes decisions based on data - Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures - Ensure program directives from clinical team are implemented accurately and timely - Generate an average of 25 hours/week of billable work - Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements Masters in ABA or related field Active BCBA certification Working knowledge of: Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP)®, Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS)®, PEAK Relational Training System®, Experimental Functional Analysis, and/or Skillstreaming® Experience working in clinic, home and school settings, directing technicians and/or conducting parent training Ability to move objects weighing over 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Minimum of three years relevant experience in designing and/or implementing evidence-based treatment for children with developmental disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors Minimum of two years of experience in supervision of BCBA candidates, B - Ca. B - As and RB - Ts/behavioral technicians Highly organized and self-directed Flexible (with schedule) Competent at public speaking Presented at least once at a regional or national ABA conference Interest in research Application Information Recruitment Type External Application Screening Begins 04/29/2026 Job Posting Close Date
