Role Overview Lead Fulfillment Ops will work as an Athlete advocate responsible for engaging internal Athletes in support of department operations. Team Leads will perform system and manual task, identify and resolve barriers for Athletes and functional areas in order to meet shift goals for Athletes and Fans. Role responsibility includes providing support under the direction of a supervisor or department manager. how you will make an impact: Direct Work Flow as Established by Shift Manager or Department Manager Identify Barriers and Seek Resolution Support Orientation and Training of Rookies Work Hand-in-Hand with Athletes to Ensure They Succeed in Daily Performance and Production Perform Other Duties as Assigned Education & Experience Requirements Demonstrates Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills Able to Operate Computerized Scanning Equipment and PC Based Programs what you bring to the team: Strong Communication skills Strong Organizational Skills Problem Solving/ Analysis Strong Initiative – The drive to move onto further tasks with/without step-by-step instruction Reliability – The ability to be at work timely / good attendance Direct workflow as established by Shift or Department Manager. Oversee and support 10–25 workers. Support orientation and training of new hires. Partner with athletes to ensure success in daily performance and production.
