Assist Lease Operators (Pumpers) with daily route data entry across wells, batteries, and facilities. Review Daily Allocation Error Report and correct measurement errors, data gaps, and daily production volumes within Field Operator. Review daily variance reports and resolve discrepancies. Identify and report issues impacting production or measurement, such as abnormal production behavior, variances, equipment malfunctions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Monitor and validate run tickets daily and work with transporters, purchasers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Weekly downtime validation. Review and validate well tests. Review daily allocated production vs theoretical volumes and explain any variances outside of tolerance. Track and analyze daily production and sales volumes, downtime, and measurement variances. Perform basic variance analysis to identify data inconsistencies and reporting issues. Monitor tank levels, meters and measurement points, separators and production equipment for volumetric anomalies. Identify opportunities to improve data field-to-accounting alignment, data capture and quality. Assist Operators in troubleshooting issues in Field Operator. Coordinate and ensure that routes are synced daily in Field Operator. Qualifications. Required. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail (critical for production and revenue accuracy)Basic understanding of oilfield operations and terminology. Preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Analytics, or related field)2 years’ experience supporting production, operations, or engineering teams. Experience with Field Operator / Pro. Count / SQL / Rt. Chx. Key Competencies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Effective communication across field, accounting, and operations teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
