Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in top shape Diagnose and complete repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Respond to resident service requests quickly and professionally Manage vendors, supplies, and maintenance budgets Conduct inspections of units and community grounds Train, coach, and support maintenance staff Ensure safety standards and compliance are always met Why This Opportunity? Here’s what we’re looking for. 2-3 years of maintenance experience in property management or related field Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs EPA certification required (HVAC/ CPO preferred) Proven leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Friendly Team.
