Maintain inventory accuracy and operational alignment for cross-plant warehouse operations. Serve as primary point of contact for distribution center inventory coordination. Oversee inventory reconciliation and movement between locations. Coordinate with all PPPG warehouse locations to ensure accurate stock levels. Coordinate material flow and movement of materials between location s to support continuous production. Monitor real-time inventory levels across production and warehouse locations. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, risks, and imbalances between locations. Monitor and support operational performance for all PPPG warehouse locations. Ensure consistent processes, reporting, and communication across all sites. Establish and complete routine audits of fixed-bin replenishment systems to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain accurate SAP system transactions and alignment with physical inventory. Track and report inventory KPIs (accuracy, variances, adjustments, stockouts, cycle times, availability)Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends. Own layout, structure, and efficiency of production supermarket system in regard to warehouse picking, handling, and system side processing. Support Production groups to ensure proper bin setup, labeling, and stocking levels. Align inventory strategy with production schedules. Monitor replenishment triggers and provide Purchasing early alerts on potential material shortages. Communicate shortages and replenishment timelines. Document and manage all system and structural changes. Standardize inventory practices across sites. Oversee inventory and operations for X-Plant Warehouse, PPPG DC Warehouse, and PPPG Portland Warehouse. Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory management. Manage inbound and outbound logistics. Monitor inter-site transfers for accuracy and timeliness. Act as liaison between warehouse, production, and distribution centers. Lead process improvement initiatives for efficiency and waste reduction. Support process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with Safety procedures. Required Skills/ Education. High school diploma required 2-4 years warehouse/logistics experience. Forklift certification required. Highly organized. Self-motivated. Team Lead or Leadership experience Desired Skills 2-4 years warehouse/logistics experience. SAP experience preferred. Forklift certification preferred.
