The Mental Health Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring the Milieu on each of the units is engaging with and to the patients. Is responsible for accomplishing department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating unit milieu. The MHA Manager also acts as a Human Rights Officer (HRO) Our positions require employees to work every other weekend and there is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. As a Mental Health Associate Manager, you will:Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment. Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors. Assist with patient groups and activities. Work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. Provide trauma informed and age-specific care.
