Marotta Controls is seeking a dedicated Custodian / Facilities Team Member to help maintain our facility's cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. You'll play a key role in keeping our workspaces clean and functionalfrom our offices to production areas, labs, and more. What Youll Do:Clean and maintain floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and restrooms. Restock supplies in restrooms, break areas, and photocopiers. Safely use vacuums, mops, scrubbing and buffing machines. Support the Facilities Team with projects like furniture moves, assembly, and seasonal tasks. Help with outdoor maintenance, snow removal, and off-hour facility work. Dispose of trash and recyclables properly. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for all. What You Bring:High School diploma or GED 12 years of custodial/janitorial experience (manufacturing setting preferred)Valid drivers license & US citizenship (required)Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
