Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience in administrative services. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:Performs activities within multiple complex systems, including processing system clearances, appointment letters, pending applications, benefit verifications, and Electronic Benefit Card replacements. Assists in facilitating program eligibility determinations by obtaining and verifying required documentation and case information across multiple automated systems. Utilizes systems such as CAFÉ, ONBASE, LAMI, CLIENT, and SIEVS to support case processing and ensure accuracy of client data. Provides clerical support by scanning, indexing, and routing incoming mail and faxes to appropriate electronic case files. Prepares and distributes outgoing correspondence and compiles data for reports while reviewing case notes to provide requested information. Supports staff and unit operations by handling email communications and completing special projects as assigned. Maintains professional knowledge of programs and policies by participating in ongoing training, including disaster response and certification programs to ensure readiness.
