The City of Lancaster is pleased to offer the 2026 Summer Program for summer work experience to eligible high school and college students. Students who are City residents are encouraged to apply for the positions listed below. Summer jobs are located throughout the City limits, concentrated in the Public Works department. Typical Qualifications 16 years of age or over (with working permit if necessary)The City is especially interested in qualified City residents.
