Here is some of what we have to offer: - Competitive compensation - Paid vacation - Health, dental and vision insurance - Pension Plan - Opportunity for career stability RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for all aspects of operating a roll forming mill to ensure tubing a high-quality product is produced. - Work as part of a mill team alongside mill welders and stackers to ensure efficient operations. - Operates within general work instructions and intermittent supervisory checks. - Maintains production related and quality records. - Work safely at all times. - Available for shift work. QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in as an operator in a manufacturing setting. Roll forming experience considered a strong asset. - Mechanical inclination with the ability to follow detailed instructions. - Knowledge of basic math (fraction to decimal conversion). - Can make quick decisions to troubleshoot basic issues. - Strong communication skills. - Detail orientated to ensure high quality products for our customers. - Available for shift work. - Team player - Background Check & Drug Screen Required Equal Opportunity Employer E-verify Employer
