Program Quality & Implementation Ensure the delivery of high-quality Out of School Time programming aligned with YMCA standards, SEAL practices, academic support, and a whole-child approach. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of weekly program activities to ensure consistency, engagement, and developmental appropriateness. Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance participant experience across OST and Camp programs. Staff Leadership & Development Provide supervision, coaching, and accountability to ensure staff adhere to YMCA standards, licensing requirements, and school district policies. Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects YMCA values and supports staff engagement and retention. Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations, YMCA policies, and school district requirements in partnership with Licensing and Risk Management teams. Collaborate with health consultants (e.g., nurse consultant) to ensure all participant health plans are properly implemented and followed. Implement and monitor policies and procedures to support safe, efficient, and effective program operations. Step into staff-to-child ratios as needed to maintain safe supervision and program continuity. Family, School & Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with school administration, families, and community partners to support program success. Ensure clear, consistent, and proactive communication with families and stakeholders. Address and resolve program concerns or escalations in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner. Effectively communicate the YMCA's mission and community impact to stakeholders and partners. Collaboration & Organizational Alignment Collaborate across departments to support a "One YMCA" approach and ensure alignment of goals, communication, and staffing. Partner with internal leaders to support multi-department staff coordination and operational consistency.
