This position provides a great opportunity for officiating multiple matches each week and facilitating healthy community activity through fun and competition. The City of Bellingham Parks & Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Adult Volleyball Official for the 2026 league seasons. Adult Volleyball Officials officiate and keep score for adult volleyball matches and provide customer service. Matches are on weekday evenings 6:00 - 10:00 pm. Employees can work up to 16 hours per week. Volleyball Officials are paid $22.00 per match. This is a continuous recruitment and may be closed at any time. As applications are received, they will be forwarded to the Parks & Recreation Department for further review. The department will contact the top candidates to schedule interviews.
