The Position:Responsible for providing outstanding customer service and repeat business by taking guest orders, completing payment transactions, preparing meal orders and maintaining the overall appearance of the deli. Take guest order, complete payment transaction using a cash register and make change accurately. Prepare meal order in an expeditious manner while adhering to menu and recipe specifications that meet quality controls. Preparing and serving of espresso drinks. Maintain the deli in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition. Clean, mop floors, take trash out, wash dishes, etc. Maintain logs, checklists and reports. Direct Pay (Payday Advance) Requirements High School Graduate or GED Certificate preferred. 1 year deli experience preferred. Able to read and comprehend written instructions. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks. Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and customer relation skills. Basic computer skills required. Basic math skills required. Food Handler Card or Serv. Safe Certificate required. Current OLCC License required. All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
