Pay Range: $54,500.00\u 00 A 0 to\u 00 A 0$81,800.00\u 00 A 0 Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate\u 2019 s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker\u 2019 s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401 k, paid time off, and more. Assistant Manager: This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location\u 00 B 7 Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers\u 00 B 7 Food safety\u 00 B 7 Ordering, inventory control\u 00 B 7 P&Ls\u 00 B 7 Cleaning and stocking. Requirements:\u 00 B 7 Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns\u 00 B 7 Enjoy a fast paced work environment\u 00 B 7 Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly\u 00 B 7 Desire to help and mentor others\u 00 B 7 Maintain a clean and inviting store\u 00 B 7 Prior management / leadership experience. Schedule: Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.
