Directs, plans, and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education. -Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff. -Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff. -Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital.-Develops and implements staffing plans. Qualifications. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing required and Master's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
