NEED: - Bachelor’s degree - 3 years of proven experience. - Proven track record in business design and development in dynamic corporate environment - Ability to think critically and creatively and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization - Ability to take new insights in both business and analysis from conception to implementation - Proficiency using Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) - Ability to travel domestically and globally approximately 10% of the time - Legal authorization to work in the United States—sponsorship will not be provided. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART: - Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) - Experience working in a matrix organization - Prior experience in the Valves Industry - Proven ability to research markets, analyze competitors, and make data-driven recommendations.
