Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business) Employment Logistics: We're seeking a visionary and results-driven Regional General Manager to spearhead critical, high-value network transformation projects across our parcel logistics operations. This individual will act as both a strategic project leader and a force for operational change, delivering initiatives that increase efficiency, boost service quality, and enhance our national footprint. Unpacking the Benefits: Competitive individual and group benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off including Holiday pay 401(k) with company match Safe and clean work environment The Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree or 5 years of management experience 10 Years of experience in supply chain or logistics 3-5 years in a management or project leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Experience overseeing high-budget projects (e.g., $5 M ), particularly in logistics network expansion, optimization, automation, or routing Hands-on experience with logistics operations such as hub/terminal workflows, transportation planning, and workforce optimization Strong change management experience, ideally with formal training (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP) focused on operational transformation in a logistics or parcel delivery environment Experience collaborating with functions like IT, Engineering, and Facilities, showing the ability to drive tech and infrastructure integrations in logistics settings Travel required (estimated 25-50%) to hubs, terminals, and project sites across the region or nationally Must be comfortable working in both office and operational settings (e.g., distribution hubs, warehouses). In the warehouse, noise level is usually moderate
