The Server Emulation Center of Excellence is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to contribute to the development of transactor/ BFM software stacks and validation content generation capabilities for emulation platforms supporting cutting-edge Xeon and Custom SoCs. As part of the Emulation Tools team, you'll gain exposure to architectural features of next-generation Xeon, AI, and Custom So. C products. You'll assist in building tools that enable efficient validation in the emulation environment, applying your knowledge of computer architecture and software development to help deliver high-quality solutions. Special Note: Intel is in the process of securing office space in Fort Collins, Colorado, which will serve as your assigned work location in the future. Once the site is operational, your position will follow Intel's hybrid work model, which currently requires onsite presence at least four days per week. Until the office is ready, you will be classified as a remote employee. Qualifications:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering with 3 years of experience, or. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering with 2 years of relevant industry experience. Experience in at least one programing language ( C, C , or Python)Experience with software and hardware (SW/ HW) interactions and computer architecture, preferably with Intel Architecture and So. C development. Experience with IP or So. C verification, including testbench development using OVM or UVM methodologies. Experience with system software concepts (e.g., OS, drivers, firmware)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the following:Content generation for emulation. Agile Scrum methodologies.
